BACKORDERS: We will fill all back orders as soon as merchandise is available. If merchandise is not in stock,
it will be placed on backorder for 90 days, unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS: To return merchandise for any reason you must call 1-888-CERTIPIK (237-8474)
and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The returned parts must be sent freight prepaid, with
the RGA number clearly visible on the outside and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip included inside
the package. Returns due to customer error (excludes our shipping error or warranty) will be subject to a 15%
restocking charge. All returns must be in saleable, like new, condition (excludes warranty returns) and have been
purchased from Certipik,USA within 30 days from receipt of order. Returns will be inspected for damage to
determine if credit can be issued.

If you place your order before 12:00 (noon) CST, CERTIPIK,USA will make every effort to pack and ship your
order on the same day to anywhere within the continential U.S.A. Orders placed on friday after 12:00 (noon) CST
will be shipped on the next regular business day. We will deliver your order via UPS Regular Ground Service.
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select Service is available with an additional charge. Any shipment
exceeding UPS weight and size limitations will be shipped via freight truck. If you prefer to have us ship collect
using your freight company please specify when ordering.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AND SHORTAGES:
UPS & Prepaid Truck Shipments - Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted
on delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be called into CERTIPIK, USA at 1-888-237-8474. All
damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for inspection.

Truck Shipments (when you select the carrier): Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must

WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants the product to be free of any defects in workmanship and materials for
a period of 90 days from date of purchase, and will replace the product free of charge after the defective part has
been returned with authorization to CERTIPIK, USA by the customer for inspection. CERTIPIK, USA shall not be
liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use of or any inabilities of the
product.
